1. The Dancer's Closet charges a $10 per shoe fitting fee (Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-Hop, and Acro) for shoes not purchased the same day.*

2. The Dancer's Closet charges a $30 per shoe fitting fee (Pointe and Ballroom) for shoes not purchased same day.*

3. Pointe Shoe fittings are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

*If the shoes are purchased within 15 days of the fitting, the fitting fee will be credited
to the purchase price.

The Dancer's Closet Return Policy is as follows:

1. All SALE items are final with no refunds or store credit.

2. Allowable items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. For health and applicable State Laws, the following items may NOT be exchanged or returned for ANY reason:

a. Tights
b. Undergarments
c. Make-Up
d. Hair Pieces
e. Hair Accessories.

3. In order to exchange or return an allowable item, the following conditions apply:

a. The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition (merchandise/price tag included).
b. The original receipt(s) are also required to validate the items were purchased from The Dancer's Closet.
c. Shoes for return must be accompanied with the box they were sold. If the shoebox is not present or is damaged, The Dancer's Closet will charge a $5.00 box replacement fee.
d. Please have teachers approve Point Shoes before sewing or wearing. Once a Pointe Shoe has been sewn or worn, the Pointe Shoe cannot be returned. No Exceptions.
