As the owners of The Dancer's Closet, Catherine and I (Stephen) continually focus on defining a new experience for the dancers, parents, and studios within our community. Defining, providing, and continually evolving to improve the experience begins and ends with the mission of The Dancer's Closet, “To better enable the children in our community for the future.” Every child is born with unlimited and untapped potential. As parents, we see our children grow more quickly than we could ever imagine. At a very early age, we can see our children wish to grow up to be a professional dancer, an Olympic gymnast, a fire fighter, a police officer, a super hero, and so much more. As our children continue to grow, we watch their wishes turn into dreams of achievement . As time continues to progress, we see our children's dreams evolve into a more specific vision . And through much time and effort, on a very special day, our children's wishes, dreams, and vision become their life story of achievement . It is those very wishes, dreams, and visions that drive each of us to provide the support and opportunities to our children. In order to best support each child's life story of achievement, Catherine and I have developed unique award and recognition programs that are tailored to meet the needs and requirements of the studio owner, support the studio's philosophy, provide a positive environment for student achievement, and provide additional opportunities to parents and students. The basis of each award and recognition program is to reward those individuals that demonstrate a Win Every Day approach through dedication, achievement/improvement, consistency, and leadership. Each sponsorship program is endorsed by the studio owner and studio staff. Over the past year, Catherine and I have worked diligently to increase the award and recognition programs for the dancers and studios in our community, increase the availability of new product lines to better provide all essential products to our dancers, provide a dedicated pointe shoe service, and via TheDancersClosetOnline.com , provide a robust, centralized Dance Community Communication! As we remain focused on our mission and as we execute in line with our values , Catherine and I will continually strive to provide the best opportunities for the dancers, performers, parents, and studios within our community.
